GLOSS is a Two-days event of dialogues and workshops for Social Sciences researchers and PhD students interested in contributing to the next UN Ocean Decade
November 5-6, 2019 – Brest, FRANCE
The two days of the conference will be divided into 3 sessions each (all in plenary) dealing with different issues which will be defined in advance by the event’s scientific committee. The framework will be the same for each session:
→ An introduction talk (about 15 minutes)
→ 5-6 presentations of research topics in 3 minutes
→ Workshops « cabaret format discussion »: 6 to 8 people per table, 1 hour
→ A very fast synthesis of exchanges by table to catch the main ideas
The ultimate outcome of the event is to produce a contribution to the planning of the UN Ocean Decade.
