As part of the United Nations Climate Change Dialogues 2020, the Deep-Ocean Stewardship Initiative (DOSI), the UC San Diego, the Ocean & Climate Platform and the University of the South Pacific (USP) organized a special event on the sidelines of the UN discussions. Dr. Bleuenn Guilloux, researcher in international law of the sea and environment, member of the OUI team, addressed a talk on ocean and climate governance frameworks or regimes and presented her research on the interactions between parties and non-parties to the Ocean Dialogue and their submissions.
